Pay once, or don’t pay at all

Both tools are free and complete — all 2 of them, every model, every statistic, your own data, and exports at publication resolution. The only thing a licence changes is the small credit line on a downloaded figure.

Already have a licence key?

Paste it here. It is verified on this device using a public key built into the page — no request is made, and nothing is sent anywhere.

Lost it? It was emailed to the address you paid with, under the subject “Your AssayPlot licence key”. We keep no copy of your key, so that email and the activation address you landed on after paying are the whole record.

Why this costs so much less

Because it does far less. GraphPad Prism costs $271 per seat, per year and is a whole statistics package with a data-management layer, dozens of tests, a support organisation and a validation dossier a regulated lab can cite. If you need that, it is worth the money and this is not a substitute for it.

This is two analyses. There is no server doing the computation, no storage, no accounts to administer and no per-seat accounting, so the marginal cost of another user is genuinely zero — which is why the free tier is not a trial and has no usage cap. The licence exists so that people who put these figures in print can fund the thing for people who cannot.

The comparison price is a list price for an academic single seat and it moves. It is recorded in the source alongside the date it was last checked, and it is never rounded up.
